Day 7

  1. Zucchini stew, green beans, chicken, sweet pepper (250 gr.).
  2. Baked fish steak, boiled eggs (2 pieces), sweet pepper, cucumber.
  3. Grapefruit, pear, apple, fish/lean meat (200 gr).

Week #2
